Greet visitors. Clean up and load out 4:00-4:30pm
10:30AM-1:30pm (Volunteer Shift#1)
Set-up club's table before event's 11am start time. Greet visitors 11am-1:30pm

If setting up the 10:30AM, please note that the street will be closed and volunteer will walk tabling materials from car into block party.

California Heights Neighborhood Association | Long Beach CA

California Heights Neighborhood Association is celebrating their 3rd Annual Centennial Block Party, and has invited the Long Beach Beekeepers to share eduational information about bees and beekeeping.

There will be live music, a food truck (accepting payment directly from attendees), a Model T car showcase, and lots of activities for children. Approximately 2000 people will attend this event. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Shift times:

9:30 AM- Set-up (vehicle access closes at 10AM); Set-up can also be at 10:30 AM, but volunteers will walk tabling supplies from car to booth location

10:30-1:30 - Shift #1

1:30- 4:30 - Shift #2, teardown to be completed by 5:30 PM and street access opens at 6PM

Event Time is 11:00-4:00
