Monthly Meeting

Varroa destructor - the scourge of modern beekeeping. If you have you ever thought, "There ought to be an app for that," we have good news to share. This month we welcome Jeremy Jensen of Bill's Bees as our guest speaker. For the past two years, Jeremy has participated in a test project of a mite app developed by esteemed beekeeper and researcher Randy Oliver. Does it work? Come to the meeting and find out!

Long Beach Beekeepers meet on the first Sunday of the month and welcome everyone from the experienced to the novice beekeeper to those just curious about beekeeping. 

Special thanks to EDCO Recycling & Transfer for hosting our meetings. The in-person meeting is open to the general public. Members who opt to attend online will be emailed the meeting link and passcode.
