Beyond Honey: Gifts from the Hive

Look beyond jars of honey for added value from your apiary.  This hands-on workshop provides instruction on using beeswax to make some personal care and household items.   

Each participant will help make and take home these beeswax products:

• Six ounce jar of lotion
• Four tubes of lip balm
• Six birthday candles
• Two food wraps

Your course fee covers all materials. Honey-based refreshments provided.

Beyond Honey will be held in a private home in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach.  Address will be emailed with your registration confirmation.
